Customer Reviews
Customer Reviews: 1 Average Customer Rating: Nov 18, 2004 Don Burleson from Kittrell, NC, USA Good coverage As the editor for this book, I'm probably biased, but Steve Andert has carefully condensed the work of noted Oracle wait event tuning experts into a concise, on-point book.
Free of theory and jargon, the text explain Oracle wait event tuning in plain English and has an excellent code depot of working scripts to explore the Oracle wait Interface and get started fast finding Oracle bittlenecks.
Best of all, it's half the price of other books on the subject!
