For a beginning book, the order to me is wrong
I liked Part II of this book, but the commands/utilities need more examples. Part I seems totally out of order, with GUI info early in the book. This was a required text for my Intro. Unix course and GUIs were not the focus of the course. Usually the prof was way further in the book than i was!
