A complete and wonderful book!
I read this book, applied all the examples and given exercises, read a few more articles as suggested in the book and passed the exam! I highly recommend this book.

A practical guide for the exam
The contents are well organized and easy to read. I followed the book and pass the exam in 8 weekends.

The sample exam in the CD is weak, not really reflecting the breath covered in the exam or the book.
