Can't save notes from CD
If this is like the first edition, which I am looking to replace, you can't save snippets or print from the CD accompanying the book. For this much infomation, I need to consolidate for notes, and in this day and age one shouldn't have to write notes by hand. You certainly can't save them electronically that way. Sybex thinks too critically about their customers stealing their titles and makes the pdf unprintable, non-bookmarkable, it's necessary to have the CD in the drive, and you can't highlight and save text. Having to search the whole document every time I want to find something again is just too time consuming.

Bravo, Mark ! ! !
Another masterpiece from one of the world's best Windows explainers! The most important thing Mark teaches you is to UNDERSTAND the technology. Once you understand it, passing the certification exams is a breeze. Mark achieves his goal by his irrestistably humorous, naturally 'live' and friendly narrating style. Maybe it's a time for introduction of 'Minasi-compliant' requirements for all technical books.

All you nned for Win2k3
I bought and loved this book. Minasi writes his books in a practical "admin-friendly" manner. No dredging through thousands of pages of MS Technical Manuals. Plus, he gives WAY more useful info, not just the "here is what you need for the exam" stuff. There arent too many books I buy based upon just the author, but this is one.

Brilliant
An Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome book

Well Written book , with very easy labs to follow along. The only critique I have against it , is that it doesn't really discuss SUS.

One of the best books I've ever baught no doubt.

YOU MUST HAVE THIS BOOK ! ! ! !

WOW! A MUST HAVE!!!
What a great book!! I can't tell you how many times I've used this exhaustive resource to aid in troubleshooting, or implementing something new.

Not only does this book thoroughly cover Windows 2003, but it also still provides the information on how to do it in Windows 2000.

If the one-stop-resource isn't enough to justify buying this book, then consider the fact that Mark Minasi can deliver this in-depth, sometimes dry material while making you laugh out loud!

Mark Is The Best
If I don't die before I finish the 1,600 pages, I sure that I'll even like this book more. Some of his insight I can't even find at Microsoft! Thanks Mark.

Excellent resource!
The ONLY book you'll need when trying to find information about Windows Server 2003 and 2000!! Mark has a wonderful, humorous, easy writing style that greatly decreases the technical boredom that other books offer. I can't possibly say enough about this great source of information.
