About the Author
Jim Boyce is the author of Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Inside Out. He is
a former contributing editor and monthly columnist for WINDOWS Magazine. He
has been involved with computers since the late seventies as a programmer and
systems manager in a variety of capacities. He has a wide range of experience
in the MS-DOS, Microsoft Windows®, Microsoft Windows NT, Windows 2000, and
UNIX environments.
