Don Jones, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and CompTIA Certified
Technical Trainer (CTT+), is an independent consultant, author, and speaker
focused on Windows administrative automation and scripting. Don is a recipient
of Microsoft's Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award. He is the author of more
than 15 books, including Microsoft Windows Administrator's Automation Toolkit
(Microsoft Press) and Managing Windows with VBScript and WMI. He is also the
creator of the Sams Delta Guide series for Windows Server administrators, a
columnist and contributing editor for Redmond magazine, and a columnist for
CertCities.com and MCPMag.com. He manages ScriptingAnswers.com, a Web site that
focuses on using VBScript, WMI, ADSI, and other technologies to automate Windows-based
environments.
Jeffery Hicks is the president and principal consultant of JDH Information
Technology Solutions and a contributing editor for ScriptingAnswers.com. He
has been in the IT industry for more than 12 years, doing everything from Help
Desk support to project management. He is an MCSE, systems administrator, and
trainer. Jeff was one of the first 2000 people worldwide to achieve Windows
2000 certification. His interests include scripting, Microsoft infrastructure
technologies, and systems management. He has worked with a wide range of clients,
