Customer Reviews: 4 Average Customer Rating: May 26, 2006 Tim from Mentor, Ohio Thorough - a very different kind of discussion Donis Marshall is an artist; this book will take you to levels of a language that other authors will not touch. Marshall does so with eloquence and a concise manner. If you call yourself a C# Developer, do yourself a favor and learn from a master. BUY THE BOOK!!!!!!!
Apr 12, 2006 A review from San Francisco Should be in every programme's library This book should be in every programmer's library, especially those knowledgeable in C/C++ who want to get up to speed on C# and .NET technology. The book is full of useful topics with detailed examples that make it easy to learn. The debugging topics are a plus. Mr. Marshall definitely knows his stuff when it comes to C#.
Mar 27, 2006 A review from Seattle, WA Definitely a complete Reference Guide People who like detail and enjoy understanding a their computer languages richly and fully, will enjoy this book. I'm one the wierd people...I had a hard time putting it down. Ever page has some interesting tidbit. Donis Marshall is a walking C# Library.
Feb 20, 2006 John Bruno from South Florida, USA The only C# book you will ever need... Donis Marshall's book on programming Visual C# 2005 is probably the only C# programming book you will ever need. He does a fantastic job of capturing the detailed elements of the language, its constructs, and what it means for your programs. I think this book will make a better C# developer out of anyone who reads it. You have to appreciate a guy that can write MSIL code and demonstrate how it correlates to the higher-level language. I am looking foward to more books from Donis Marshall.
