His publications include Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Administrator's Companion, Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 Administrator's Companion, and MCSE: Exchange 2000 Server Administration Study Guide.

Bill English is an author, a trainer, and a consultant specializing in SharePoint and Microsoft Exchange technologies. Bill is a regular speaker at national conferences and routinely conducts public, private, and corporate training on SharePoint Portal Server and Exchange 2000 Server and Exchange Server 2003.
