Complete reference
This book is not for the beginner. It is a complete reference to outlook 2003 and some more!. Its content is for anyone in the networking, administration and office world. The enclosed CD has utilities similar to tool kits in other software/hardware books. It could use better labeling on some of its pictures instead of having to rely on the text. A tutor book to accompany this book would be a welcome addition. The MS Step by Step series is recommended for beginners, but it could use more advanced training for the advanced features of Outlook 2003.
