Hands-down the best CWNA certification book ever in print.
I see over 100 students per year and whether they want to get certified or just have a great reference book, this is the book I recommend. Feel free to email me if you have any questions.

Excellent study guide and reference for real life applications
I have read both the older CWNA study guide and this new one By David Coleman. The newer guide has a useful CD with the awkward types of test questions which are presented in the CWNA exam whereas with the older book you get fewer worked examples and test questions.

The format of the book is easy to understand and is presented in a clear and more orderly manner. The book also focuses on the more relevant issues and explains the basics of the security layer particularly well including explanations of the types of malicious attacks which we see today.

The CD has some useful information including an electronic version of the book in PDF format which is handy to keep on your laptop for future reference. This book covers a wide scope of information with regards RF technologies and includes information which would be of use to a novice as well as an experienced RF engineer.

Best Wireless Study Guide Available
David Coleman and David Westcott have put together the most comprehensive wireless study guide on the market. This guide gives you all the information you need to not only pass the CWNA exam, it gives you the much needed background knowledge to understand everything wireless. From RF basics and the standards to network design principles and security. I passed the CWNA exam a couple of years ago so from time to time, I need a good reference. This book is it!

Well written, informative and thorough, a must buy.
Upon completing this book, I immediately placed it on the reading list for my students. This study guide is written by two of the most respected wireless trainers in the business. Coleman and Westcott have created a study guide that goes beyond the exam and into real world applications. The review questions and practice tests are well targeted. If you are studying for the CWNA exam, this book is a great tool for honing your skills prior to taking the test. If you implement or plan to implement wireless networks, this book should not be on your shelf but on your desk or in your hands. Bryan Harkins AirDefense Training & Development Manager

Useful tool for preparation or reference
This study guide is very useful whether you're using it as an exam preparation tool or as a source of wi-fi reference. As a CWNA instructor, it's easy to see the quality and depth of content in this study guide for exam preparation. As an engineer for NEC Unified Solutions, Inc. I found the study guide to be an easy grab from the bookshelf for reference while troubleshooting VoWiFi issues.

Highly recommended!!!!!
