About the Author
Kim Heldman, PMP, MBA, is a well-known author and speaker, and is currently
the Chief Information Officer for the Colorado Department of Transportation.
She is also a member of the Denver chapter of PMI. Claudia Baca, PMP, cofounded
the Colorado Front Range Software Maintenance Association in 1988. Patti Jansen,
PMP, is a consultant and also teaches at Colorado State University.
