Customer Reviews
Customer Reviews: 1 Average Customer Rating: Dec 18, 2006 Good book, but cd's have problems. This book provides the same prep material you'll find in any other A+ book. Like myself, many people buy it for the 12 test exams included on the cd. Unfortunately, the Sybex Test Engine doesn't work, which defeats the purpose of purchasing the "Deluxe Edition." After I tried to launch the Exam Prep Software without success, I checked the Sybex/Wiley web site and found this note: "We apologize for the inconvenience. We do have a correction for this issue. Please contact a support representative by using Live Chat or Ask a Question. Once you contact us we will be able to provide you with a corrected file." I contacted customer support twice but never received a 'corrected file.' The issue seems to arise from having Flash Player 9, so if you have access to Flash 8 it shouldn't be a problem, but they should really have a disclaimer for this. If you don't care about taking the practice tests, this book provides all the information you need for the 2006 tests.
