About the Authors
Per Kroll manages the development of IBM's commercial methods, RUP and IBM
Rational SUMMIT Ascendant. He is a key driver of IBM's internal software improvement
efforts.
Bruce MacIsaac is technical lead for the RUP content development team at IBM
and has created or overseen the creation of much of the content in the RUP product.
Bruce has many years of experience as a software developer and manager of software
teams.
