Bookpool Privacy Policy
Personal Information
Bookpool LLC does not sell or rent customer's personal information (e-mail addresses,
physical addresses, telephone number, etc.). If Bookpool LLC experiences a merger or acquisition, the new controlling
entity will respect the policies described in this page when handling
information gathered under this policy.
E-mails
Order E-mails: When an order is placed, you will automatically
receive an e-mail at the time of order placement and when the order is shipped. If
you modify an order on-line, you will receive e-mail confirming the changes.
Customer Service E-mails: All customer service is performed via e-mail, so if
you request customer service from bookpool@bookpool.com or if an issue arises with your
order, you will receive e-mail.
Customer Communications E-mail: We may occasionally contact you via e-mail to check that you are satisfied with your order or to ask for suggestions for improvement.
Special Offers E-mails:
Individuals who are subscribed to the Bookpool Special Offers mailings
(either at the time of opening an account or via the subscription widget
on the front page)
will receive the Special Offers e-mail on an
approximately monthly basis. If you do not wish to receive these e-mails
you can disable the "Special Offers" checkbox at the time of account
creation, or afterwards within your account, or via the front page
subscription widget.
Future Changes
Bookpool LLC has no reason to believe that this policy will change, but if a
change does occur, it will be posted to this page.
