Customer Reviews
Customer Reviews: 3 Average Customer Rating: May 14, 2001 Sol Koppel from Evanston, Illinois Excellent... Comprehensive and easy to understand This book is the best book on VB I have read... and I've looked at a lot of them. The material is generally well organized and his examples are usually appropriate. Occassionally, his code is not readily understandable and the book could use an appendix with vb constants, etc., rather than scatter them thru the book.
Jan 7, 2000 Jared Doerr (dundanetek@hotmail.com) from Houston Texas The best VB book in the world. This Has got to be the best VB book I have ever seen for the beginner. I learned more in the first 10 chapters than I did in other entire books.
May 18, 1999 Gary Ray (gray@state.ut.us) from Salt Lake City, Utah Excellent self-teaching guide! Like a lot of programmers, I have learned virtually everything on my own. This book is the best "tutorial" to visual basic I have seen. Packed with excellent information and great examples. Perfect for someone migrating from an Office/Access/VBA environment.
